elcome to Tyler Men's Garden Club's web page. Tyler Men's Garden Club is an organization of men and women who really enjoy gardening. The club is an active part of the Tyler, Texas gardening community. Through its monthly programs, annual Spring Fling plant sale, horticulture scholarship program, and landscape beautification award program, the club serves to educate and promote gardening.

Tyler is located in beautiful East Texas (to learn more about Tyler click here). Tyler is best known for its rose industry. For over a hundred years the deep, sandy East Texas soils have yielded millions of rose bushes to delight gardeners around the world. The world famous Tyler Rose Garden is home to over 30,000 rose bushes in more than 500 varieties. Tyler hosts the Texas Rose Festival annually (usually the third week of October) to honor the beauty of the rose and the industry that Tyler is best known for (for more information on the Texas Rose Festival click here). Though best known for its rose industry, Smith County and nearby Cherokee County are major centers of horticultural production.
