The LaniLoom Named after my beautiful daughter Elena who insisted that we finally make a tiny loom for bead weavers, the eight inch wide LaniLoom is designed to accommodate the needs of bead weavers who want a small, simple, but entirely functional bead loom and who plan to needle weave their pieces. The weaving width is 5" and the length is 26". The Laniloom does not have a shedding device. Warps are separated by either the one included warp coil (14 epi - the perfect size for 11/0 or delica beads) or a string of beads tied to the top beam of the loom. One leg folds out to stand the loom upright. Although simple, this four pound loom is as sturdy and carefully designed as all our other looms. The Mirrix Tapestry Studio Lap and Table Looms come equipped with fold out legs to stand the loom on a table. A copper shedding device is standard on the 22 and 32-inch models and is available for the 12 and 16-inch models. Each loom comes with warp coils for six possible weaving setts. Two finer sett coils are also available. The lap looms can fit in a briefcase and balance on your lap to work beautifully on a airplane, a train, or a car. The Little Guy, our smallest loom is only 12 inches wide and weighs in at a featherweight 4 pounds. You can pop this loom into a bag and take him along anywhere, on a plane, train, anywhere you are going he will come along to help pass the time. This loom is sturdy so the travel will not hurt him and will fit comfortably on your lap.was meant to travel and hates to be left home. Get him a contractor's breifcase (not included) and still have room for Bead Or Yarn boxes, tools and lots of "stuff". and a little less than 5 pounds, she's bigger and has been around longer than
her little brother. A tapestry 12_ inches wide and 26 inches high can be woven
on this compact loom. She can fit in a large canvas briefcase and like her little
brother is well acquainted with travel in airplanes, cars, and trains.
The 32 Inch Table Loom
Weighing in at only 14 pounds, this loom is easily carted from room to room, the summer cottage, or to a workshop. Large enough to weave a piece 29 1/2 inches wide and approximately 40 inches long, this loom is a favorite among people who want the size of a small floor loom but not the hassle, expense, and bulk. This loom is engineered slightly differently than the other three looms, providing a double top and lower beam for extra strength. 32" loom: $430.00
Light and sturdy, the Mirrix Tapestry Studio 22 and 32 inch Table Looms provide a larger weaving width and length than the lap looms while remaining light and portable. A shedding device is standard fare. Granted, a table loom will not fit in your briefcase, but it is light enough to take to a workshop and easily stores in a closet.
